Sister
Mary Loretta Busch holds the shawl used as a canopy in team transition
ceremonies. Sister Busch and Sister Emma Fernandez, both of St.
Charles, Missouri, did the delicate cross-stitch embroidery on ribbons
woven into the shawl. The ribbons list every U.S. foundation, beginning
with St. Charles in 1818.
