Carlota Duarte, RSCJ, and the Chiapas Photography Project, which she founded to help indigenous Maya give voice to their own history, is featured in the current (June 2007) issue of B&W: Black & White Magazine for Collectors of Fine Photography. The magazine is available on newsstands, including newsstands at Borders and Barnes and Noble bookstores. Sister Duarte’s work was featured in the Winter 2006 issue of Heart magazine, a publication of the Society of the Sacred Heart, U.S. Province.
